well cold intake ranges from 5 to 10 hpput a K&N cone shape filter on it..... the header is probably around 10 hp. Now are u gonna do a full exhaust or just a header? i would personally do the whole thing header free flowing cat or no cat depends on your emission laws, and a performance muffler... Depending on your budget will depend on what u get i would say cat-back 2.5 in pipe and at least a 100 dollar Can. it will roughly cost 200 to 300 dollars for the cat-back and maybe 500 plus for header and then catback.

turbocharger or motor swap is the most effective way, but expensive. otherwise you can just do the basics with a cold air intake, headers, full exhaust. this is cheapest. but you can also put on a bigger throttle body, aftermarket intake manifold, get the cylinder head ported, install a lighter cam, get your ecu chipped and tuned, or just build the whole motor.
