Anything from 2000 down to 87 maybe later are all interchangeable with the right parts most of the motors and tranny's were the same just remember if your looking at sohc blocks d16z6 was the best and all the dohc were great
most parts from years 1996-2000 will fit, but some of the body parts from the 99-00 civics wont fit

It depends on what year it is. Generally Honda civic has 4 x100 bolt pattern but some models like Civic VII (06>) it is 5 x114.3
Honda Civic Si and Honda Civic Si EP3 the same thing. There are several different year models of of Honda Civic Si's. EP3 is the chassis code for that specific Civic Si 01-05 was the EP3. So the new Civic Si 06 to current two door model is the FG2. By the way the chassis codes are found in the VIN#.
