The interchangeability of Toyota Camry transmissions typically depends on the specific model year and engine type. Generally, transmissions from Camry models produced within the same generation (usually spanning 4-6 years) can often be swapped. For example, the 2012-2017 Camry models may share compatible transmissions, while earlier generations like 2007-2011 might interchange among themselves. Always consult a detailed parts catalog or a professional mechanic for precise compatibility.
NO the computer system on those 2 years are different ( Transmissions ) Won't interchange.
The 1995 Camry was a shoe box with rounded corners. Which was one of the early years and a trending design in the waning years of the 1990â??s. This would later be a leader in aerodynamics and a mold Toyota would hate to break.
NO it will not. The 96 and 97 year transmissions are DIFFERENT then 1992--1995 and then from 1998 to 1999. If it is a 1996 are 1997 year then The ONLY ones that will interchange is a 96 and 97 no other ones will fit those 2 years.
1989 to 1992 for sure.
1997-2001 but from the same model (I4 or V6).
I have a 1993 Chevy S-10 Pick up truck, with a 2.5 V6 motor and 5 speed manual transmission.. I need to know what years will interchange with the transmission
it should go right in. I have worked for Toyota for a number of years and I dont see a problem there. Just keep in mind if you have a 4 cylinder use a 4 cylinder trans. Same goes true for a V6
The 2011 Toyota Camry comes standard with 16" steel wheels and color key powered outside mirrors. It also comes with four spoke leather wrapped steering wheel and woodgrain.
The Toyota Camry was first introduced in 1982. It was initially launched as a compact car but later evolved into a mid-size sedan, gaining popularity for its reliability and efficiency. Over the years, the Camry has undergone multiple redesigns and updates, solidifying its position as one of the best-selling vehicles in the United States.
STP's part number is S3614. This oil filter fits a 2006 Toyota Solara (6 cyl) and other similar years of Toyota.
First place, 2-wheel drive and 4-wheel drive transmissions will NOT interchange they are different. There is only 2 years that will work in the 96 and that is a 96 and 97 4L60E 4-wheel drive transmission.
I spent $450 about 3 years ago on this
