You can totally bypass the old amps on each Bose speaker and re-route the wires directly to the old speakers or new ones. The only problems I had was ground looping with adding an additional amp for a sub in the trunk.
To install rear side speakers in an Infiniti G35, first, remove the rear side panel by unscrewing any fasteners and gently prying it away from the clips. Disconnect the old speaker by unplugging the wiring harness and removing the screws holding it in place. Install the new speaker by securing it with screws and reconnecting the wiring harness. Finally, reattach the rear side panel, ensuring all clips are properly seated.
You can buy a speaker harness. An adapter that connect the positive and negative from the speaker into the stock harness.

Best thing to do is to purchase a wiring harness for your car and stereo. They are readily available on eBay from $15. Just search for 'wiring harness'.
sounds like a short. if all or some speakers do it, it is probably in the radio, or the wiring harness. if only one speaker does it, it is the speaker or the wiring to that speaker.
buy a aftermarket wiring harness if your factory harness is cut good luck use a test light or meter to find your constant power and ignition then trace speaker wires the positives on the rear speakers is dark collered wires little hint to limit your problems
To prevent vibration issues with car speakers, make sure the housing that you are putting the speaker boxes in are solid and well connected. Also, having acoustical material in the area surrounding the speaker helps as well.
