It's one of driving belts. I bet it's the serpentine belt. You have to check the belt. If it's old and has cracks on it you need to change as soon as possible. If the condition is satisfying tighten the belt. You might need the a tension gauge or you can just check the tension by hands. You are not supposed to be able to twist the belt more than 3/4 of full circle.
