You will find the jack under rear passenger sit, once you flip it up you'll see a cover, lift it and it should be there together with tire iron.
You can't - the jack that is provided does not get the vehicle of the ground enough to be able to change the tire- then when it does, it is not strong enough to support it. Found this out tonight= thank goodness for AAA
