You probably have a bad or sticking door ajar switch. The door ajar switches on the 1991 Accord are easy to find. On each door opening, the door ajar switch is the black plastic sliding mechanism that is located just below the metal door latches. Check to make sure that they are all sliding smoothly. If you don't here a clicking noise when you move each of them back and forth, it may be bad. If they are sticking, purchase some electronic cleaner spray and clean the switches.
