Hate to say it but probably the Stealership.
To install a navigation DVD in a 2007 Lexus ES 350, first, ensure the vehicle is in accessory mode. Open the DVD drive by pressing the "Eject" button on the navigation unit, then remove any existing disc. Insert the new navigation DVD into the drive until it clicks into place, and wait for the system to recognize the disc. Finally, follow any on-screen prompts to complete the setup, and ensure the map updates are installed if needed.
Best place would be the local dealership parts department.
I believe the LX570, like the LS460, uses a hard drive to store the Map data and needs special equipment to load the DVD Update on to the hard disk. You probably will need a half hour installation service from your local Lexus dealer.

I own a 2008 es350, so I for sure this works for 2007-2010 es350. At the bottom of your nav screen, there is a little panel with the Lexus logo on it,using your thumb nail, for the bottom push up, the panel will come off.Push menu botton, then push the on screen map DVD prompt, upper right corner. then push DVD eject prompt on the screen, lower left corner. the DVD will slide out of a small slot. You should be able to take it from there.
It depends what year your Lexus is. Also, apart for the generational breakdown, there are version breakdowns, meaning you can have an older generation nav in your Lexus, but update to the newest map with updated POIs and addresses.

A navigator's map is a chart.
To reset the navigation system on your Lexus IS250, start by turning on the vehicle and accessing the navigation screen. Press and hold the "Map" and "Menu" buttons simultaneously for about 10 seconds until the system reboots. If this doesn't work, you can also try disconnecting the vehicle's battery for a few minutes to reset the system. Always consult your owner's manual for specific instructions related to your model year.
The 2004 BMW X5 DVD navigation system is primarily designed for navigation purposes and does not support playback of movies. The system is intended for use with map data and may not have the necessary hardware or software to play DVDs intended for video content. If you're looking to watch movies in a vehicle, you might need an aftermarket solution or a different entertainment system.
