Well the previous answer "owner's manual" isn't very helpful if you don't have one and are pressed for time. So to clear things up, it's behind the change holder, the one labeled CIG. Thanks to the person with the 96 Camry saying where the fuses are located. So far as I can tell there are no other fuse boxes inside the car, but there are 2 more under the hood.

You can find and exhaust system diagram for your 2003 Toyota Camry at most Toyota dealerships. Many local libraries will have Toyota service manuals with the exhaust system diagram.
You can find it at bottom of the radiator, also there is a special drain plug in the engine body.
Differential is attached to the transmission. You can find it by tracking where front wheel axles go in the transmission. The part is the differential.
