It is located under the panel on the front driver side door close to the power window annd mirror controls. There is a screw under a plastic plug in the door handle and 2 in the lock assembly. Once those are out you can pull the lock assembly out and make sure you disconnect the rod from the lock as you pull it out. Then just grab the panel from the bottom and use a little bit of force to pull the plastic clips out along the bottom and side of the panel. now lift the panel up and out. You will have 3 harnesses to unplug (Guide light, windows and mirror and you will see it should be a gray box with 2 screws in it.
