http://www.blurtit.com/q383048.HTML It is located behind the glove box. You will need to take off the glove box to replace it.

THIS IS SUPER EASY. Don't pay $50+ to have someone else do it. The part can be had for $14-$21 depending on where you get it and it'll take you 5 - 10 minutes to change it yourself.

To remove the glove box, open the passenger door and from that side open the glove box. Take out all your stuff from the glove box. There is a single Philips head screw at the bottom corner of the glove box on the passenger side. Remove it and separate the rod from the glove box. Gently squeeze the inside sides of the glove box and the box will pivot all the way down now (that's why you removed all your stuff). You should see a rectangular plastic cover (mine is white) inside the cavity which is the casing for the filter. Pull it out from the sides. It's snapped on so finagle the latches on the side to open - don't just yank it out. Now you can remove the dirty filter and put in the new one. Slide the filter housing back in until it clicks into place. Now, make sure that the glove box closes properly before you replace the screw. If it doesn't, check that the box is properly snapped into the lower hinge it swings on - sometimes it comes loose / gets slightly misaligned when you open it all the way. Just set it right. No magic. Once you know the box will close properly, reattach the rod, insert the screw, put all your goodies back in, and you are good to go.
