There are two. The upstream is in the engine compartment, in the exhaust pipe. Look between the radiator and the engine. You can see the sensor sticking out ot the pipe. The down stream is in the pipe just in front of the catalytic converter. You will need a special slotted socket which you can buy at most auto parts stores.
