It is located on the lower, right, front side of the engine. Access by removing the left front wheel and folding back, or removing, the splash panels. The PVC valve is facing forward and is easily removed.

Looking in at the engine, the PCV valve is located between the alternator and the oil filter, about 1 inch higher than the alternator. PCV valve may be hard to see, it is black, screws into a black manifold, and a black hose connects to it. PCV valve points to the rear of the truck, the hose runs to the bottom of the intake manifold. I saw only the nut part of the PCV valve. This was on a 94 Nissan 4 cyl and 4x4. Replacement is simplified by removing the oil filter.

On a lot of these vehicles, the PVC valve is located on top of the valve cover, or a hose leading from the valve cover to the intake. You have to remove the right front wheel. It will be in the block. It is in an awkward place and Nissan charges about a 100.00 to install it. You can do it your self though.
The expansion valve is located in front of the evaporator core. You must remove the housing to access it.
