I have just bought a '95 4Runner V6. It took me several trips to the dealership and the library to figure this one out. The PVC valve is located on the passenger-side valve cover to the the firewall. It is connected to a 3/4 inch hose about 6 inches long with a U-shape at the proximal end. Go buy a new one from O'Reily auto part for $2.50 so you have an idea what to look for. You need a long needle plier to remove this baby. It took me a lttle while to replace the old one.

I believe it is located on the passenger side valve cover. You will have to remove the air surge tank to access it.
