On a 2011-2012 Touring/Elite it is located at the right hand side of the steering column underneath the dashboard. It is a black box with a grey connector. You will see a small white sticker on it. A clamp holds it in place. Slide the box down. The unit is made by TRW which is what you should read on it. Good luck.
