Looking in the direction of your windshield, at the fusebox of course, it should the the first one on the bottom left. It's white, and about 1 inch square.

The clutch is the part of the compressor which is not turning when the A/C button is not pressed on...The clutch is part of the compressor. The relay is located in the fuse box close to the battery / on the cover of box is printed something like M/G/ CLT. The relay part number should be 90987-022028

Bad clutch slave cylinder or failed soft hose from master to slave cylinder.
It is one of the devices under the hood, belt driven, and can be identified by it has a clutch pulley instead if just a pulley with nothing in front of it
2013:07.23: I have 180K on a 1997 Corolla on the original clutch. I taught 3 people to drive a standard on it. So far, so good! I find this incrediable.
