The airbag sensor is about 6 inches to the right of the gas pedal. Make sure you get the exact part number to replace it. The wire connections are different, the special connectors have a lock mechanism Pull back or push the sliding lock to release the harness. You can access from below the radio but that is not the best move. The airbag deployment will have blown the fuel pump fuse. Make sure you have the battery disconnected during the whole process, if you mess up the wires the bags will deploy.
