I have G35 sedan and i changed the light bulbs on it 3 days ago. you should do these: To replace the 2003 G35 sedan headlight bulb, what you have to do is jack up your car in the front on the side where your bulb is out. Take off the front wheel so you have good access to the wheel well. There are about five plastic rivits and one Philips head screw holding the wheel housing on. The rivets can be carefully removed with a flat head screw driver. Pop the head out first as it makes the shaft of the rivet a smaller diameter. Then carefully pry the base out. Be careful if its cold out as the plastic could break. Once all of the rivets are removed, the front wheel housing can be removed to gain access for light bulb replacement. let me know if you have more questions.
