Right after the catalytic converter, only about a foot away from the upstream O2 sensor. If you must replace either O2 sensor, I strongly recommend using only genuine Denso sensors, you can get a compatible (solder in) on for as little as $35 (see Amazon for example). Other brands do not meet Toyota's extra sensitive requirements. For the downsteam O2 sensor, you can also install a spark non-fouler ahead of the O2 sensor to avoid "catalytic convert efficiency below threshold" error code that is quite common on this car when it has high miles.
On a 2000 Toyota Sienna, the oxygen sensor is typically located in the exhaust system. There are usually two sensors: one upstream (pre-catalytic converter) and one downstream (post-catalytic converter). The upstream sensor is generally found on the exhaust manifold or just after it, while the downstream sensor is located before the exhaust pipe exits the catalytic converter. For precise location, it's best to consult the vehicle's service manual.
On a 2000 Toyota 4Runner, the air-fuel sensor, often referred to as the oxygen sensor, is typically located in the exhaust system. There are usually two sensors: one upstream (before the catalytic converter) and one downstream (after the catalytic converter). The upstream sensor is generally found on the exhaust manifold or just after it, while the downstream sensor is located further along the exhaust pipe. To access it, you may need to lift the vehicle and work under it, depending on the specific configuration.
On a 2000 Toyota Corolla, the oxygen sensor is typically located in the exhaust system. There are usually two sensors: the upstream (pre-catalytic converter) sensor is located on the exhaust manifold, while the downstream (post-catalytic converter) sensor is found further down the exhaust pipe, near the catalytic converter. Accessing these sensors may require lifting the vehicle for better visibility and reach.

location
It is located on the muffler by the moter and looks like a sparkplug with wire attached at the end. To be specific, my 2000 Durango has 1 upstream oxygen sensor and 1 downstream oxygen sensor. Both are located on the exhaust pipe. The upstream is between the engine and catalytic converter. The downstream is located between the catalytic converter and muffler. - Mick
