The fuel filter is integrated into the fuel pump. To remove the fuel pump, you can either drop the fuel tank or remove the driver side rear bucket seats (larger of the two). Once the seats are removed, there will be a small access window where the fuel lines can be easily disconnected and the fuel pump "unscrewed" from the tank. Unscrewing the pump takes either a special tool or a lot muscle. After the pump is removed, the filter can be separated from the pump assembly. Be careful to not break the plastic parts on the pump when removing the filter.
