You must access the fuel pump assembly which is under the rear seat cushion, once you have it out the top of the assembly is held together by a few tabs which you push in and pull it apart. the fuel filter is small plastic half-cylinder shaped that surrounds the pump. There is no in-line filter but it is not that hard to change this filter. There is a guide on NewTiburon.com which is very useful but you may have to create an account to view it.
