On a 2005 Scion xA, the fuel filter is located inside the fuel tank, as part of the fuel pump assembly. This design means that the fuel filter is not easily accessible for replacement and typically requires removing the fuel tank to access it. Regular maintenance and fuel quality are important to help prolong the lifespan of the filter. If you're experiencing fuel issues, it's often recommended to have a professional check the system.

As far as I'm told, you don't. 2006 Scion Xa's came with a tray where the filter would go, but there is no "Cabin Filter" for this vehicle. According to two of my Toyota/Scion dealers, though a filter might be made to fit, doing so would restrict the air flow because the vehicle air/venting system is designed to work without one. You can check with your Scion dealer, but this is what I was told when I was unable to find a cabin filter's at the parts stores and later, Scion parts itself.
Scion XA wiring diagram is a drawing and information. In the wiring diagram it shows how to work the wiring.
Three and three-quarters max, and three quarts min.
The 2006 Scion xA typically requires about 4.5 quarts of oil when using an oil filter change. It's always a good idea to consult the owner's manual for the most accurate information regarding oil capacity and specifications.
The 2005 Scion xA is equipped with a timing chain rather than a timing belt. Timing chains generally require less maintenance and are designed to last the lifetime of the engine. However, it's still important to follow the manufacturer's maintenance guidelines to ensure optimal performance.

It is probably a burned thermal switch. I had the same thing on my car and had to replace the thermal switch
