Where is the fuse box on a 1990 Honda Accord and where can you find a diagram for it?

There are two fuse boxes--one under the dash by the left foot rest, and one under the hood on the left side to the rear of the battery. The former has most of the interior circuits, the latter has the headlights and other high-drain equipment. Each should have a diagram on the cover. Unfortunately, the diagrams are incomplete, or else there are fuses hidden somewhere else, too. My front parking lights and cigarette lighter are out, and none of the fuses in these two locations seems to be involved. Any help with that would be appreciated. Good luck~! David P How did you check the fuses. If you use a voltage meter. A good fuse will measure barely a voltage across the fuse and a bad fuse will measure 12V (battery votage). If all else fails, buy a cheap manual. It'll help alot. Good luck. Did you change the bulbs in your front parking lights? These things go out all the time. It is not uncommon to change them 3 times a year.
