According to the prints there are 2 possible areas. First is a C/B on the fuse panel. This is located on the left side of the drivers knee. The other more common option is behind the glove box. Remove the glove box and check to the right. You should see a connector block with 2 fuses, an AC and a Heater. The heater actually feeds the blower motor.
