Open the rear door of the vehicle and lift up the carpet (there are tabs you can lift and put your fingers under). You will see the tool kit in a plastic tray. In the center of the tray is a large plastic headed screw. Remove this and lift out the kit. The jack is underneath secured with another plastic headed screw.
