Not sure if the wiring harnesses are the same, but on my Highlander the re-set button is located on the bottom edge of the dashboard just about exactly where the steering column passes by. You may have to feel around for it. Make sure that ALL tires (including the spare tire) are inflated to factory specs, then press and hold for about 5-8 seconds to initiate a re-set.
