The main relay in my 99 civic vp is against the right wall next to the glove box in the dash. Take the glove box out; 2 screws on the bottom of the box. Take the screw out of the right trim pannel, and also the screw out of the trim pannel that wrapps around the dash next to the door. Both pannels will come out with a good careful pull. The main relay is located inside the passenger dash area and the bolt that holds the main relay is held in place by a 10mm bolt on the outside right dash pannel.
