If you have a 1.5 lt. engine there is no MAF. The 1.8 lt. engine has one located between the air cleaner housing and the throttle cable. the IAT sensor is integrated with the MAF for the 1.8 lt engine.
no MAP sensor, just mass air flow sensor
You can find it bolted on to the back of the air filter box.
Somewhere between air filter and throttle body.
No, it will not. Try replacing the belt.
there isn't one. theres a throttle position sensor and a mad sensor.
Jeep doesn't use mass air flow sensors.
If you remove your MAF (Mass Air Flow) Sensor, you will see there is a resistor just behind the MAF sensor on top...thats your Air Temperature Sensor.
The IAT Sensor is attached to the Mass Air Flow Sensor that is attached to your air filter box.
Jeep does not use a mass airflow sensor on the 4.0L
It's located in the MAF Sensor Box (Mass Air Flow). Grab a Haynes manual and find where all your air flows through.
Answerthe iat sensor is located in the mas air flow sensor housing its the transistor thing hanging down. looking at the plug its terminal 5 and 6Find from which side the terminals are!!
Mitsubishi Eclipse's don't have MAP sensors that come stock with the car. Mitsubishi uses MAF( Mass air flow sensors) not Mass air pressure and Intake Air Temps also referred to as speed density.
