Where is the oil filter on the 2008 Toyota Highlander Hybrid Limited?

It is on the front of the transversely mounted engine, just starboard of center, hidden by the exhaust manifold. No access doors or panels conceal it, and you access it through the hood. It makes a mess when you take it off, and wait for the manifold to cool!!
