What I usually do when I cant find a drain plug is I just pull the lower radiator hose. Slide the clamp back and pull the hose off. You can just pull it partially off as long as the open part is at the the bottom. I dont have a lot time to find them always and it is usually easier. When you do find them half of them you have to be contortionist to be able to open them up. Hope this helps you.
