The drain plug is located directly on the bottom of the radiator; more on the driver's side of the car. You will not see it unless you remove the black, plastic shield that protects the front underbody of the car; there are two small bolts (10mm) and 4 small 'phillips' plastic screws that need to be taken out to remove the black, plastic shield. The top of the drain plug has a 'X' on it. Just unscrew the plug with a phillips screwdriver and the coolant will come out. Have fun :)
