You'll find the answer in a couple of places. Check page 331 of your owner's manual. There's a picture of the interior fuse box and a listing of all the fuses. The tail light fuse is #30 (second from the right at the top). The second place is in the fuse box lid. There's a pictogram of all the fuses and their purpose along with amp rating. The interior fuse box is in a fairly traditional spot, under the dash, left side.

Yes, it has a fuse and a relay.

Check your owner's manual and/or inside the fuse box lid. The '06 Solara manual shows the audio system fuse (#25) is 25 amps. It should be the same for the '05 but, again, the required value is in your manual. Cheers
1999 Toyota Solara if guages work but not the lights? 1999 Toyota Solara if guages work but not the lights?
The information you're looking for (along with a diagram) is in your owners manual. Check pages 314 and 315. The dash light fuse is #31 on the fusebox. It's 10A and labeled "Panel." Cheers
In a 2000 Toyota Solara, the radio fuse is located in the interior fuse box, which is typically found under the dashboard on the driver's side. To access the fuse box, you may need to remove a cover panel. Look for the fuse labeled "AUDIO" or "RADIO" in the fuse diagram on the cover or in the owner’s manual. If the fuse is blown, it will need to be replaced to restore power to the radio.
I can only give you a partial answer. It will be one of the fuses in the fuse panel in the inside of the car. Is there a fuse layout on the back side of the puse panel cover? Owners manual, maybe. Sorry I could be of more help.
If there's a separate fuse for the clock it will be found in the cabin fuse box. It's under the dashboard behind the coin holder on the Gen I Solara. You'll find a fuse diagram inside the fuse box lid labeling the purpose of each fuse. Cheers
on the driver side...where that coin thing is on the left side near the door, pull it out...and the fuse box is inside
Look under the dash behind the coin holder. Cheers
