located in fitting where lower radiator hose connects to bottom of engine.
engine water temp should be cooled before draining.
to access need to drop plastic shroud under front of engine/radiator, then drain radiator into container, facilitate by opening vent on left side of radiator (has Philips screw cross), and remove radiator cap.
from under car remove 2 bolts that hold fitting at end of lower radiator hose where connects to engine (caution - still some juice here). bend out of way to access the thermostat that will be pressed/wedged in seat with rubber o-ring (still more juice here).
