It's located under the intake manifold if you have the 3.2L V6. According to a shop book it is a 2-3 hour job, however, it took me 9 hours. I had the use of a fully equipped shop and professional ASE mechanics on hand to help. It was the worst thermostat replacement that I have ever done. You might think that where you see the hose enter the engine in front is where it's located but it's not. I made that mistake as well. Good luck, and make sure you have enough High Temp RTV gasket sealer on hand.
