There are 2 gaskets on the engine. The manifold sits between them. When you lean over the engine from the radiator, the silver aluminum molded pipes are the manifolds. Keanly look left or right, you can see the VCG, black in color, run between the engine block and the covers from both sides.
Gasket is leaking oil. Valve cover gasket is likely suspect.
Fuse box area top right, pull out cover wall.

It is located on the top of the valve cover towards the rear of the engine.
On 1991 Legend models, the turn signal/hazard flasher is located under the steering wheel, in the interior fuse box (Furthest top right area with a cover over it) It's got five (yellow) twenty amp fuses on two sides.

Remove the valve cover.....scrape off old gasket.....clean gasket surface on valve cover....apply gasket sealent to valve cover gasket surface.....set gasket in sealent.....reinstall valve cover.
the fuce for the brake lights is located in the kick panel, witch is also located on the drivers side left were your feet rest when you drive, also this is known as the fuse panel. you will need to remove the 3"x3"cover in order to get to it
Drain the radiator. Remove the drive belt, and the crankshaft sprocket cover. Unbolt the pump, replace it, then re-install the cover and belt.
If it smells like oil u most likely jus need a new valve cover gasket
