The container is on the passenger side of the vehicle. When you are facing the vehicle (with the hood up), it is on your left. The actual storage area is down below eye level (up next to the plastic on that side - in front of the tire). I was hit in that quarter panel once and that tank was ruptured because the damage was low and on that side - which is how I know where it is.
To refill your washer fluid you just need to locate the milky-white tube next to the radiator overflow tank. The tube has a black 'cap' on it that is attached on one side. The top of the cap should even have a picture of a windshield being sprayed.
