I believe you will find it below the washer fluid bottle. you have to take the pannel off that is located inside the wheel well to get to it.
Before you go to this trouble,try blowing out the bottle filter. To do this locate the black hose that comes out at the rear underside edge of the hood on the pasengers side of the car. Carefully pull the hose off the barbed hose connector and blow into the hose that goes back down into the engine compartment. The easiest way to blow int it if you don't have an air hose is to take a empty plastic bottle with a squirt tip on it and insert it into the hose. Then squeeze the bottle till you see bubbles come up in the washer tank. Most of the time the filter is pluged up and the pump is fine.
Note: only use antifreeze fluid in the washer tank or mold will grow in the tank plugging up the pump filter.
Most likely the pump motor filled with water and all the components rusted out! I just finished taking one apart to see what was wrong.
