thats the bottom of it its located in between the fender and stuff I also own A 94 Nissan Altima GXE.If your standing in front of your Nissan,with hood open.The Washer Fluid Reservoir is on your right,Up front ,its a round cylinder,clear, you can see the blue color of the fluid threw the plastic.It has a cap on it,the cap is attached to the cylinder.On top of the cylinder there is a little pic of wipers doing there thing.Open cap on cylinder,Lift out little basket contained iside,and fill to top,replace basket in cylinder and click cap shut.I hope this was more help.
