On top of the Throttle body (*SEE #13 Below- That is it!) #4 is the bolt that holds it down and # 3 is the small washer between the MASS Air Flow Sensor and the Throttle body. (**To get to it you obviously have to take the plastic cover off on top of the engine, BUT there should be a small retangular gap even with the cover on that allows you to see the very top of the MAFS) Hope this helps!
