Austin never talks about his dad much. He has once shown a picture of him, Michele, and his dad when he was a baby and has tweeted a picture of his father. His father's name was Charles Mahone. No one is absolutely sure of the cause of his death, though, one day on twitter many mahomies were tweeting that the cause was a car accident.
