Check your spark plug wires to make sure they are on tight and snug. it can be many things.... distributor cap/rotor, fuel filter, spark plugs or wires. Start on these minor tune ups and then if none of this works then stat worrying about egr valve or idle control valve. hope i can help
Correct answer: NO. The 1994-1997 Accords use a different hood than the 1998-2002 Accords. A '97 Accord hood will NOT fit your '99.
