When the condensor was removed a generous amoint of oil (PAG) was removed with the old one. I should say, Was not recovered. It is possible that this oil was not replaced when the new one waas installed, This imbalance of oil to refrigerant will cause this effect. There is a formula.3.3-8% oil to refrigerant ratio. oil= refrigerant chargex0.06+2.2divided by0.09.. add xtra 10% for long hoses..
it should blow directly to the condenser
If you're talking electrically yes. Just look for a clip with 2 wires on the condenser frame and disconnect that. That will keep the condenser motor from trying to run. Just make sure you turn off your ac when you stop. It will build up too much pressure and blow your ac. When you're driving it works just fine though. I drive a 97 civic dx though. It worked on that gen.
ONE OF THE HOSE WAS BROKEN AND NO ANTI-FREZEE
No, without a turbo, there is no blow off valve. However, if you really wanted to, they have fake blow off valves for sale. These mimic the sound of a blow off valve. It would be an absolute waste of money, but hey, it's your money.
it either needs new rings on pistios or one piston is cracked causing blow by or ... blow by is when compression escapes your piston..
Stop being a ricer and give your grandma her car back. If you want a blow off valve. Have a shop professionally install a complete turbo set up.
not developing enough vacuum while driving to keep the blend door open check your vacuum lines for leaks
Check the thermo fuse mounted on the compressor first - it ismost likely the culprit. What causes this thermo sw to open? perhaps low gas (& oil) in the system. Or, it might be bad. To check if the thermo sw is opening, watch the A/C clutch as it goes to idle after 20 min. Also watch the A/C condenser fan- if it still runs after the clutch idles, the compressor-mounted thermo sw is opening, causing the air to go warm.
First thing to check is the fuse. If the fuse is good check the relay. If that is good check wiring. Can also be the horn switch or the horn itself.
try cleaning front condenser, in front of radiater,
The Magna will blow it off the road.Wouldnt even be a race.
