There's not enough information in your question to provide an accurate answer. There are many things that can leak. Power steering pump, hose connections, hoses, rack and pinion..... All of those things have seals and now that your vehicle is about 10 years old some of those seals may be failing. If you haven't located the leak and have just noticed hydraulic fluid on the ground I'd suggest you clean the pump, hoses and steering rack thorougly with a spray degreaser then run the engine and turn the steering lock to lock. Turn off the engine and trace the system back starting with the rack then checking hoses and ending at the pump. Cheers
Clean the power steering are real good check for where the leak is coming from and go from there. For example if a hose is leaking replace hose, if power steering pump seals are leaking replace pump, exc.
Have you tried tightening it ? Always start with the free simple things first, it usually is one of them.

Power steering hoses can be replaced if they leak.
It has been damaged or the seal has deteriorated
If the power steering is leaking in a 1999 Chevy Venture, it could be due to a few common issues, such as a damaged power steering hose, a worn or faulty power steering pump, or a leaking steering rack. Inspecting these components for cracks, loose connections, or signs of wear can help identify the source of the leak. Additionally, low power steering fluid levels may indicate a leak that needs to be addressed to prevent further damage. Regular maintenance and prompt repairs can help ensure the longevity of the power steering system.
