I don't know but by clock is gone all haywire too. I'ts on but unreadable. I havn't been able yet to find a replacement one yet.
I experienced the same problem when I first purchased my 2005 Mazda 6. At times it would be fully readable and at others, parts of the clock would not light up. I took it to the dealer expecting a huge fix but found that to not be the case. They ended up removing that display and sending it out to the manufacturing company who fixed it for about $90. It turned out to just be something funny with the wiring. Hope this helps.

This typically involves removing the surrounding trim and unscrewing the clock unit. Once you have access to the clock, you can replace the burnt-out bulb with a new one. Reassemble the clock and trim after the replacement is complete.
