You should probably start by doing a compression check on each cylinder and checking your actual fuel pressure. Besides that, in a normal scenario, other troubleshooting possibilities may lie in a malfunctioning sensor/fuse/CPU, or a clog/impedance somewhere in your intake system (i.e, injectors, spark plugs, manifold, throttle body, firing order, intake hose, gaskets, etc).
