The eclipse itself cannot damage your retinas. However, looking directly at the sun, as one might be tempted to do during an eclipse, can indeed cause damage.
Yes, the RPM gauge should move when cranking the engine, as it indicates that the engine is being turned over by the starter motor. However, the movement may be minimal or fluctuate depending on the engine's condition and the cranking speed. If the gauge does not move at all, it could suggest a problem with the gauge itself, the vehicle's electrical system, or the engine not cranking properly.
not possible
There are a number of reasons why your wipers may come on by itself when driving. You may have a short in the wiring.
sounds like you need to have the cam position sensor replaced
The system will reset itself after driving if all tires are at the correct pressure (check the label on the driver's door) and there are no sensor problems.
It is safe to use sunglasses as you normally would, but they do not offer enough protection for looking at the eclipse itself.
The Eclipse GSX is currently manufactured by Mitsubishi. The car itself began production in the early 1990s and has been a good seller for the brand. The GSX model varies slightly from other Eclipse models.
Before a total solar eclipse occurs, the moon aligns itself directly between the Sun and Earth, casting a shadow on the Earth's surface. This alignment creates the conditions necessary for the eclipse to happen.
Motor itself, yes. My need to exchange flywheel.
An eclipse involves the blocking of light, typically from a celestial body, which creates a shadow. In a solar eclipse, the Moon casts a shadow on the Earth, while in a lunar eclipse, the Earth casts a shadow on the Moon. So, while "eclipse" itself doesn't mean "shadow," it is closely related to the phenomenon of shadows being cast during these events.
Hi there I'm no car expert but my Mitsubishi Eclipse 95 was giving me the same problem, after 2 months of mechanics trying to figure it out they discovered it was the fuel filter so probably u should have that checkedToni
