If you want a perfect fit, you should also obtain a 2001-2005 bumper. If you choose to retain a 1999-2000 bumper, you will need a small rotary tool to shave a some of the bumper away where the amber signal lense is. The 9005 and 9006 bulbs do not have polarity, so for each wiring harness, connect one to the thin wire, and one to the thick wire. You may choose to cut and solder the wires, but the very easiest way to easily connect them quickly is to use spade connectors crimped on the wire harnesses and plug them directly into the OEM harness.
