Short answer: Yes it will!

Long answer: There is work involved. The best help you can get is to search for information on "G23" builds. That's what they're calling your project.

Here are some pointers that hopefully will help you: The H22A1 is OBD-1, and your car is currently OBD-2. In order for this to work, you'll need to pick up the proper ECU for the cylinder head (the P28 is the most common choice) as well as a wiring conversion harness for the ECU.

You'll want the prelude's intake manifold, throttle body, fuel rail, fuel injectors, distributor, exhaust manifold, thermostat body, as well as the lower timing gear (this is the gear on the crankshaft that the timing belt goes on).

You'll have to pull the water pump gear off the prelude's water pump and have it pressed onto your current water pump. Also, you'll have to get the prelude's water pipe and saw it in half. Save the half that goes to the thermostat housing. Saw your car's water pipe in half, save the half that goes to the block and water pump, and weld those two halves together.

The prelude's distributor uses an external ignition coil, so you'll have to pick that up as well as research the wiring to make that work properly.

Use the H22 head gasket and timing belt.

I don't believe any of your engine mounts will need changing, the accord ones should be fine. All of your accessories should be ok too, using the accord belts and pulleys (except for the lower timing gear of course).

I'm not sure how the Accord pistons will sit with that head, so you'll want to ensure that you won't have clearance issues. I can tell you that putting the H22 head on your f23 block will drop your compression ratio to something around 8.8 (if i remember correctly), so I would plan to either turbo the car, or perhaps look into using different pistons or connecting rods(RSX-S pistons with F23 rods raise that setup to something like 11.5 comp ratio). But be sure to make sure you don't have any clearance issues with your pistons no matter what you do.

I'm sure there are a few things I've missed, so be sure to do your homework, and things will work fine.
