I have come across the same kinda issue many a time. First thing to do it check wether there is water in the Wind Screen Washer water tank. One should also check that , if your poring in the water, check wehter it remains in or leaks!!
Also check on the Fuse that makes the Wind Screen Washer work.
Fuse is F9 in car. If rear washer works its not the fuse as both front and back are on same fuse. Operate washer with ignition on but engine off, you should hear the pump(motor) running, if not then start there. Unfortunately its part of the washer reservoir system so means removing front wheel and arch liner to access it.
The fuse for the windscreen washer on a Daewoo Matiz is typically located in the fuse box under the dashboard on the driver's side. You may need to consult the owner's manual to find the specific fuse number for the windscreen washer, as it can vary by model year. If the fuse is blown, replacing it should restore functionality to the washer. Always ensure the vehicle is turned off before inspecting or replacing fuses.
remove the drivers side front wheel, then remove the wheel arch lining, the washer bottle is located to the upper right handside, to remove it you need to remove the bolts one of which is behind the indicator
To change the windscreen wash pump on a Daewoo Matiz, first, disconnect the negative battery terminal for safety. Remove the windshield washer reservoir by unscrewing any bolts or nuts holding it in place, and then disconnect the hoses and electrical connector from the old pump. Replace it with the new pump by connecting it to the reservoir, securing it in place, and reattaching the hoses and electrical connector. Finally, refill the reservoir with washer fluid, reconnect the battery, and test the pump to ensure it functions correctly.
Daewoo Matiz was created in 1998.

On the dash, near the bottom of the windscreen, towards the right or left corner depending on whether you've got a R/Hand on L/Hand drive vehicle.
This is a common fault with the Daewoo Matiz, after fitting my third motor in five years i researched this problem and on a Daewoo website forum a mechanic advised me my mistake was i should not be using screenwash believe it or not as it clogs up the jets and eventually burns out the motors, so now i use a little washing up liquid seems to be fine Hope this helps Gaz
It is F9 and it is located under the instrument panel, Put your head under the dash , look up into the open space and high up into this space is the fuse box with a cover over it. Another way is it is at the same height as the ignition switch behind the dash.
pull them off. there not put on properly, dont worry its only a Daewoo Matiz.
