I have one...I heard it's a Chinese good luck coin (not money). It is probably from a World's Fair in the 20th century, some say St. Louis. Rare in China but not here. Still researchin'..... :)
I read on a metal detecting forum that it is a 1939 San Francisco Worlds Fair - Golden Gate Expo Token, given away at the Chinese Pavillion on Treasure Island. They are quite scarce. I have one too and have also been trying to figure out what it is for some time now. Glad to have an answer!

I don't know what this question does in yugioh, but the differences are very big. The European dragon have wings and walks upright with it's front legs in the air, but the Asian dragon* is different with it's four-legged walking, wingless back and agility. enough? *Asian dragons are formed by the three under species, Chinese lóng, Japanese ryu, and Korean Yong.
